Customer Policies definition

Customer Policies means any information security, privacy, safety, control, protection or other policies or guidelines as Customer may provide to Provider from time to time.
Customer Policies means any of Customer’s policies, practices, codes of conduct and procedures including any applicable security, information technology, health, safety and environmental policies (as amended from time to time) which may be of general application to Customer’s Personnel;
Customer Policies has the meaning set forth in the Section 4.4 of the Master Agreement.

Examples of Customer Policies in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall comply with the following Customer Policies, which are available upon request: Child Safeguarding and Anti-Bribery.

  • The Supplier shall comply with the following Customer Policies, which are available upon request: Child Safeguarding; and Anti-Bribery and Corruption.

  • The Supplier shall comply with the following Customer Policies, which are available upon request: Safeguarding and Anti-Bribery.

  • Whilst present on any premises of the Customer, the Supplier shall comply with all Customer Policies applicable at the premises in question, such Customer Policies to be issued to the Supplier either in advance of or upon the arrival of the Supplier at the Customer’s site(s) in question.

  • The Supplier shall comply with the following Customer Policies, which are a vailable upon request: Child Safeguarding; and Anti-Bribery and Corruption.


More Definitions of Customer Policies

Customer Policies means the Policies held by individuals, companies or corporate trustees that have a contractual relationship with the Companies regarding the relevant Policy.
Customer Policies means those policies referred to at Clause 22 (Customer Policies).
Customer Policies means all policies that Customer has provided to, given notice of, or made available to hCentive. “Customer-provided Technology Resources” means Customer-provided hardware, telecommunications and other technology resources necessary for hCentive to perform the Services under this Agreement or the Professional Services Agreement and as identified herein or in any Statement of Work.
Customer Policies means the policies, guidelines, procedures and practices of the Customer, including (i) the safety and health policies, guidelines, procedures and practices, (ii) policies, guidelines, procedures and practices relating to their IT Environment and the use thereof, and (iii) such other policies, guidelines, procedures and practices of the Customer as may apply to Personnel providing services to the Customer and/or to any member of the Customer and/or using or accessing the IT Environment or the premises, facilities or systems of the Customer;
Customer Policies means the health and safety and security policies of the Customer.
Customer Policies means all policies or codes of conduct applicable to the suppliers of WPP plc. and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, as notified by the Customer to the Supplier from time to time or as made available on any extranet operated by the Customer for its suppliers from time to time (xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx), including, but not limited to, the WPP Code of Business Conduct attached hereto as Schedule 1 and any applicable WPP policies on the prevention of corruption.
Customer Policies means a configurable set of policies that the Customer applies correctly to the Cloud Services, including to the Eligible Druva Solution, to achieve specific data protection objectives.
