Customer Notices definition

Customer Notices shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.3(a).
Customer Notices means a letter, notice, statement or other form of communication sent to Customers and announcing the transactions in accordance with Section 10.3.
Customer Notices means those certain notifications, prepared by Purchaser (as to which the form and content thereof has been approved by Seller), to be sent by Seller pursuant to Section 7.6(b) to (i) all obligors of Accounts Receivable transferred to, or to be collected by, Purchaser under this Agreement (other than those specifically excepted by Seller), (ii) all clients and customers of the Divisions (other than those specifically agreed to by the parties), and (iii) such other third parties as Purchaser may from time to time reasonably request.

More Definitions of Customer Notices

Customer Notices means the notices as required by the that the Parent or an Eligible Subsidiary are required to deliver by the FCC and Texas Public Utility Commission to the customers of iBroadband networks, Inc. and iBroadband of Texas, Inc.
Customer Notices means the notices sent out by Xxxxxx Xx. to the customers of Xxxxxx Xx. (from whom consent is required) requesting their consent for the transfer of the rights and obligations of Xxxxxx Xx. under the customer service agreements to Novacom.
Customer Notices shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.21(d).

Related to Customer Notices

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
