Customer Network definition

Customer Network means any part of your network and the devices operated in it, including personal computers, active and passive data network equipment, telecommunications network applications and all associated equipment (including third party network components) which may be used for Circuit.
Customer Network means the hardware and software components within Customer’s internal computer network at Customer’s designated location or that of Customer’s designated hosting provider.
Customer Network means Customer’s IPT telecommunications system (e.g. all applicable routers, switches, and servers) that is comprised of the Equipment.

Examples of Customer Network in a sentence

  • Data: any data, information, images, documents or content supplied or made available by anyone within the Customer Network or any data, information, images, documents or content used or inputted by or on behalf of the Customer in relation to its specific use of the Tool.

  • Training: any training to be provided by or on behalf of Birgli to any person at the Customer or in the Customer Network relating to the use of and access to the Tool, before the Customer receives access to use or access the Tool.

  • Customer Network: the Customer and any person authorised by the Customer, as set out in the Order Form or Subscription Section or elsewhere in the Tool or by the Administrator on behalf of the Customer selecting its options when using or accessing the Tool, to receive Customer Reports.

  • Services: the services provided or to be provided by Xxxxxx to the Customer and Authorised Users and the relevant parts of the Customer Network under this Agreement (as more particularly described in the Order Form or Subscription Section or elsewhere in the Tool, Annexes and Documentation) for use of and access to the Tool, as well as Xxxxxx's provision of support for the use of and access to the Tool.


More Definitions of Customer Network

Customer Network means your private telecommunications network comprising any Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), managed security services and/or voice services, as appropriate and as configured so that traffic can be delivered over the network.
Customer Network means your communications network including LAN and any intranet services.
