Customer Hydrocarbons definition

Customer Hydrocarbons has the meaning given such term in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Provider will deliver to Customer a statement of all receipts and deliveries of Customer Hydrocarbons to and from the Terminals System and the Provider Tank Cars for each Month during the Term, in the aggregate.

  • Subject to Section 15.4, Provider shall pay or cause to be paid all taxes and assessments, if any, imposed upon Provider for the activity of handling and terminalling of Customer Hydrocarbons after receipt at the Receipt Points and prior to redelivery thereof by Provider at the Delivery Points.

  • Provider will, on a Monthly basis, determine the Storage Variations occurring during the immediately preceding Month with respect to the Customer Hydrocarbons in the Terminals System during such Month.

  • Additionally, Customer shall always be responsible for fees charged by a Downstream Facility due to non-specification Customer Hydrocarbons and will indemnify the Provider Group from claims by a Downstream Facility arising from non-specification Customer Hydrocarbons.

  • Customer covenants and agrees that it shall, in relation to each requested receipt or delivery of Customer Hydrocarbons (i) act in accordance and in a manner consistent with the applicable Nomination, and (ii) observe and comply with (A) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including these Operating Terms and the Service Interface Rules, (B) Applicable Requirements, and (C) the Terminal Rules.

  • Customer shall have the obligation to ensure that procedures are in place such that all trucks and rail cars (other than the Provider Tank Cars) delivering Customer Hydrocarbons to a Receipt Point or taking Customer Hydrocarbons from a Delivery Point (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Loading Point), meet the Applicable Requirements and all Terminal Rules.

  • As between the Parties, Customer shall be solely responsible for, and shall make all necessary arrangements at and downstream of the Delivery Points for, receipt, further transportation, processing, and marketing of Customer Hydrocarbons.

  • Provider shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain, and shall act as a reasonable and prudent operator in maintaining, all interconnect and operating agreements with Non-Parties reasonably necessary to facilitate the redelivery of Customer Hydrocarbons to Customer at the Delivery Points.

Related to Customer Hydrocarbons

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Hydrocarbon means a compound consisting of hydrogen and carbon, which, when naturally occurring, may also contain other elements such as sulphur;

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Condensate means hydrocarbon liquid separated from natural gas which condenses due to changes in the temperature or pressure and remains liquid at standard conditions.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, affinity groups, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who sell the Insurance Contracts.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Production means a method of obtaining goods including manufacturing, assembling, processing, raising, growing, breeding, mining, extracting, harvesting, fishing, trapping, gathering, collecting, hunting and capturing.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • NGLs means natural gas liquids.

  • concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.

  • Carbon dioxide or “CO2” means the most common of the six primary greenhouse gases, consisting on a molecular level of a single carbon atom and two oxygen atoms.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Shippers means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.

  • Petroleum product means crude oil, petroleum, refined petroleum products, byproducts and intermediate feed stocks, and other energy-related commodities, including, without limitation, blend components commonly used in the petroleum industry to improve characteristics of, or meet governmental or customer specifications for, petroleum or refined petroleum products.
