Customer Files definition

Customer Files means, with respect to each Loan, all of the documents, information, data, correspondence and other books and records relating to customers of the related Obligor or policies or other products sold by or through such Obligor.
Customer Files shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
Customer Files means the file or files relating to each Loan containing, inter alia:

Examples of Customer Files in a sentence

  • Per 2.2.3 Customer Files, the audit file associated with the Customer File shall include the measures list actually installed on the building.

  • The photo(s) shall be available upon request by the Division (see 2.2.3 Customer Files).

More Definitions of Customer Files

Customer Files shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Assets hereunder.
Customer Files means the historic data regarding the relationship between Company and its Customers, such as call reports, credit reports, pricing information, customer correspondence, commitments to Customers (whether legally binding or otherwise), and other reports and information that are in the custody and control of Company.
Customer Files means the file or files relating to each Loan and its Related Security containing, inter alia:
Customer Files means, with respect to any Loan, (a) the original fully executed copy of the document(s) evidencing the Loan and the Mortgage, (b) the duplicate registered Mortgage evidencing and securing such Loan bearing a certificate of registration from the applicable land registry office, land titles office or similar place of public record in which the related Mortgage is registered together with the promissory note, if any, evidencing such Loan fully executed by the Borrower, (c) fully executed copies of the other loan and/or security agreements, if any, securing the Loan, fully executed by the Borrower, (d) a record or facsimile of the original credit application fully executed by the Borrower and all other credit information obtained by the Seller or the relevant Originator in connection with the Loan and the related Borrower, (e) the solicitor’s or notary’s report of title or title insurance policy obtained by the Seller or the relevant Originator in connection with the initial advance of the Loan together with the survey or certificate of location relied upon by the solicitor or notary or title insurance company in issuing his or its report or title insurance policy, (f) the most recent Valuation Report of the related mortgaged property obtained by the Seller or the relevant Originator in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy, (g) the insurance policy or certificate of insurance evidencing the Borrower’s insurance against fire and other standard risks showing the Seller or the relevant Originator as first mortgagee and loss payee and containing a standard mortgage endorsement, and (h) any and all other documents that the Servicer or the Seller or the relevant Originator shall keep on file relating to such Loan.
Customer Files with respect to any Loan has the meaning set forth in the related Collateral Preservation Agreement.

Related to Customer Files

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Services;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.
