Customer Facility definition

Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

Customer Facility means all buildings, structures, equipment, and installations at a single site.

  • Each Interconnected Entity shall notify the other Interconnection Parties, first orally and promptly thereafter in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities, related to the Customer Facility or the Interconnection Facilities, any of which may reasonably be expected to affect one or both of the other parties.

  • Interconnected Transmission Owner shall install any System Protection Facilities that may be required, as determined by Transmission Provider, on the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System in connection with the operation of the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • In the event that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is Behind The Meter Generation, the Generation Interconnection Customer may elect from time to time, subject to the terms of this section, whether to operate all or a portion of its Customer Facility’s generating capacity as a Capacity Resource under the Tariff and the Operating Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain such System Protection Facilities as may be required in connection with operation of the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Nor does the execution of an Interconnection Service Agreement obligate the Interconnected Transmission Owner or Transmission Provider to procure, supply or deliver to Interconnection Customer or the Customer Facility any energy, capacity, Ancillary Services or Station Power (and any associated distribution services).


More Definitions of Customer Facility

Customer Facility means each MTSO, Cell Site, or other location within a Licensed Market at which any Component of a System is installed or to be installed under this Agreement.
Customer Facility means the Customer's generating plant and equipment, including but not limited to the generator, inverter, storage devices, and Interconnection Equipment located on the customer side of the Point of Delivery.
Customer Facility means any physical office, workspace, data center or other location used by or under the control of Customer.
