Customer Extensions definition

Customer Extensions has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Customer Extensions means any configurations, business model flows and report designs created by Customer and its Authorized Users by using the standard functionality embedded in the Subscription Services, to the extent reflecting or based upon Confidential Information of Customer or its Affiliates.
Customer Extensions mean modifications to add functionality or data sources to a subscribed C3 AI Application using the development and integration tools that are provided with the C3 AI Application, and which are independently created by or for You without the design, development, or testing assistance of Our personnel.

Examples of Customer Extensions in a sentence

  • If Customer allows end users of Customer Extensions to modify or distribute the Customer Extensions, Customer shall limit such modification or distribution to use with the designated Software or Exasol Extension only, and will flow down the conditions in (x) and (y) above to end users of Customer Extensions.

  • You agree to assume full responsibility for the performance and distribution of Customer Extensions.

  • You retain title to your Customer Extensions, subject to Splunk’s ownership in our Offerings and any materials and technology provided by Splunk in connection with the Splunk Developer Tools.

  • Customer retains title to the Customer Extensions, subject to Exasol´s ownership rights set forth in Section 5.

  • You have a nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable, nonsublicensable right, subject to the terms of these General Terms, to use Splunk Developer Tools to (a) copy and modify Splunk Developer Tools to develop your Customer Extensions, including to support interoperability between the Offering and your system or environment, and (b) distribute your Customer Extensions exclusively for use with the designated Offering.

  • Customer hereby grants Exasol a worldwide, perpetual, fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive, license to the Customer Extensions.

  • If you allow end users of Customer Extensions to modify or distribute the Customer Extensions, you will limit such modification or distribution to use with the designated Offering only, and will flow down the conditions in (x) and (y) above to end users of Customer Extensions.

Related to Customer Extensions

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District.   • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
