Customer Environment definition

Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment. “IP” means Internet Protocol.
Customer Environment means the systems, platforms, services, software, devices, sites and/or networks that Customer uses for its operations (exclusive of the subscribed Services).

  • Customer is responsible for any costs associated with preparation of the installation site and Customer Environment.

  • Customer acknowledges that it is Customer’s responsibility to maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Customer Environment to ensure that the Customer Environment is interoperable with each Data Source.

More Definitions of Customer Environment

Customer Environment means the computing environment: (a) that, as between the parties, is procured and maintained by, and under the control of, Customer; and (b) into which Customer may deploy certain elements of the Services for purposes of facilitating Customer’s storage and processing of Customer Data.
Customer Environment means the computing environment separately procured, prepared and maintained by you for the use and operation of the Software, which meets Verint’s then-current minimum system requirements.
Customer Environment means the system environment (excluding any software and/or hardware expressly provided by VideoFlow under the Agreement) separately procured, prepared and maintained by Customer for the use and operation of the Product, which meets VideoFlow’s then-current minimum Product requirements.
Customer Environment means the Customer's information, technology, telecommunications, internet and other relevant infrastructure;
