Customer Dispute definition

Customer Dispute means all instances in which (a) a customer of a Borrower has rejected or returned the goods and such return or rejection has not been accepted by such Borrower as a valid return or rejection, or (b) a customer of a Borrower has otherwise affirmatively asserted grounds for nonpayment of an Account, including, without limitation, any repossession of goods by such Borrower, or any claim by an Account Debtor of total or partial failure of delivery, set-off, counterclaim, or breach of warranty.
Customer Dispute means any claim by Customer against CLIENT, of any kind whatsoever, valid or invalid, that reduces the amount collectible from Customer by CAPCO. CLIENT COVENANTS:
Customer Dispute means any cause for nonpayment of Receivables, other than the financial inability of the Customer, including, without limitation, any alleged defense, offset, or counterclaim.

More Definitions of Customer Dispute

Customer Dispute means any error, controversy, dispute or discrepancy between Xxxxxx or Client and any of its Customers, any Customers’ accounts, any counterparty to a transaction by Xxxxxx or Client, and any of its correspondents or any of their Customers or related to the Customers or any Customers accounts or clearing broker proprietary accounts;
