Customer Devices definition

Customer Devices means Devices that are not managed by Orange as well as the Devices that are co-managed by Orange and Customer or a third party.
Customer Devices means any equipment or other device not provided by us; including but not limited to wireless equipment owned by you which is approved or reasonably expected to be used for connection to our network or Services, as well as fixed equipment and internal wiring within the premises that connects to our network or Services;
Customer Devices means any and all devices and/or applications that are owned or licensed by Customer, which devices access, communicate or interoperate with the Rainbow service of ALE.

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Customer Devices and all other Third Party Materials meet or exceed the minimum technical requirements set forth in the Documentation and as otherwise provided by Grass Valley from time-to-time.

  • As set forth in the Billing Policy, you agree to pay additional charges for any Device that is lost, damaged, stolen or not returned based on your fault, accident or otherwise; provided that purchase Device Protection on an all or nothing basis for all Customer Devices as set forth in the Billing Policy covering accidental loss.

  • Additional 911 access charges will apply to Customer Devices billed in provinces with legislation imposing 911 access charges and requiring TELUS to collect the charges on behalf of the provincial government.

Customer Devices meanss Customer's integrated circuit products identified by Customer's product part numbers listed in Customer's purchase orders;

Related to Customer Devices

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
