Customer Contracts definition

Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • In order to ensure that no unauthorised person gains access to any Confidential Information or any data obtained in performance of this Framework Agreement or the Customer Contracts, the Supplier undertakes to maintain adequate security arrangements that meet the requirements of professional standards and best practice.

More Definitions of Customer Contracts

Customer Contracts means any Contract pursuant to which a third party purchases or is entitled to receive products or services of Seller and/or its Affiliates with respect to the Business.
