Customer Bank definition

Customer Bank means the bank in which the Customer holds an account and from which payments will be made to the Client through Auto Debit on the Customer’s Instructions.
Customer Bank means a registered bank that provides banking and other financial services to Customers, including a mobile banking application and/or internet banking and that has entered into an agreement with Paymark to participate in Online EFTPOS.

  • In reliance on the payee information provided by Customer, Bank will compare the payee information on the Item with Customer’s Check Issue File for Items presented or deposited at Bank.

  • Except to the extent that Bank is required by law to make information available to Customer, Bank may, in its sole discretion, determine whether to make available such information upon Customer’s request.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon receipt of a federal or state refund due to a Customer, Bank shall establish a book entry for the Customer.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bank and Customer, Bank will process any returned Electronic Items as described in Section 229.31 of Regulation CC.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that all telephone conversations and data transmissions through or using the System or among or between Customer, Bank, and any third parties used by Customer or the Bank and their respective employees and agents and relating to the Services, may be recorded and retained by the Bank and the Bank’s third-party service providers by use of any reasonable means.

Related to Customer Bank

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:

  • Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;

All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • IBM means International Business Machines Corporation.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.
