Customer Authorisation definition

Customer Authorisation means the authorisation, verbal or written required from the Customer to process a Move; "Customer Authorisation" means the authorisation, verbal or written required from the Customer to process a Move. "Customer Authorisation Form" means the form which eir Mobile may require a customer to complete in order to complete a Customer Authorisation.

Direct Fibre Access means the service described in the Direct Fibre Access Service Description.
Customer Authorisation means an electronic authorisation for the purpose of the customer authorising us to provide the Naked DSL Service (including Cutover), in the form of your Application for Naked DSL. Cutover means the activity of physically connecting the Communications Wire to the our network equipment. Dialup means a telephone connection in a system of many lines shared by many users. A dialup connection is established and maintained for limited time duration, at speeds no greater than 56kpbs. Downtime means periods of unavailability or limited availability of Internet Access. Exempted Sites means sites on the Internet from which you can Download without the Usage counting towards you Monthly Usage allowance. A list of Exempted Sites (updated from time to time) is available on our Website. Flat Fee for Service means a Fee that will be applied to your account in the event you have a fault within your personal equipment Full Service Qualification means the qualifications that your Access Line must pass to support Naked DSL as determined by us. Hardware and/or Equipment means a kit containing all Required Equipment and Software ordered by you in your Application. High Speed means data transmission speeds which are faster than conventional Dialup, as determined by us from time to time. MDF means main distribution frame.

  • Safety Authorisation and “deemed Safety Authorisation” have the meanings given to “safety authorisation” and “deemed safety authorisation” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Regulatory Agency necessary for the preclinical or clinical testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Required Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • pseudonymisation means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.
