  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services.   • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.
