Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

The CONTRACTOR will take all actions necessary and transfer ownership of the materials to HCA including without limitation, the Custom Software and associated documentation prior to the termination of this Agreement.
