Custom Modifications. Means changes to RESX, AE Interactive, and Smart Alert (the “Services”), requested by User and agreed to by TRX, that change existing functionality of the software to meet specific needs of User, for which User will be charged an additional fee or fees that will be negotiated and mutually agreed to in writing. Examples of Custom Modifications in a sentence

  • Licensor shall undertake such Custom Modifications of the Software as may be requested by Sub-Licensee and approved by Licensee at its then current rate.

Related to Custom Modifications

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.
