Custody Service definition

Custody Service. : means the service provided by Monte Titoli addressed to the Issuers and Intermediaries, which permits, through accounts opened in the name of these, the custody of financial instruments.
Custody Service means the custody service described in Clause 3 below;
Custody Service means a service of the kind described in Section B, Part 7.

Custody Service means our safekeeping and administration service we may provide you with as described in Clause 2.5 below and as further detailed in Clause 7 of these Terms;

Discretionary Services means the discretionary services which are described in Section 3 and any other discretionary services which we may choose to offer in the future. EEA means all the countries in the EU plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and is also known as the European Economic Area.
Custody Service means the custody service we may provide you with as described in Clause 7 of these Terms;
