Custody Fees definition

Custody Fees means all fees and expenses incurred in connection with establishing and maintaining the Collateral Account with the Custodian (together with any applicable value added tax payable in respect thereof).
Custody Fees means the fees and charges assessed by Pershing Advisor Solutions for brokerage and clearing services related to Your Account as agreed upon between Pershing Advisor Solutions and your Investment Advisor.
Custody Fees means the fee that would be payable to the Custodian as appointed by the Fund.
