Custody Accounts definition

Custody Accounts means the custodian accounts established by the Custodian in the name of the Customer pursuant to the Custodian Agreement;
Custody Accounts means the custody account or accounts (including any cash account relating to any securities account) established on the books of the Custodian in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement, which term shall include each custody account relating to each such Custody Account (if any).
Custody Accounts means all Securities Account and Cash Accounts of all Investors;

Examples of Custody Accounts in a sentence

  • The Bank takes every step to ensure that Custody Accounts are held by each Custodian in the Client’s name so that the Client’s assets can be distinguished from assets held for other clients, and from the assets owned by the Bank or the Custodian.

  • The Client’s portfolio is deposited and kept in one or more Custody Accounts held with the Bank itself or with one or more Custodians, with whom the Bank has entered an agreement to this effect in order to ensure that the former shall adhere to the delivery terms against payment upon submission of the legal documentation for every transaction.

  • The Client’s portfolio is deposited and kept in one or more Custody Accounts as described in Annex 1 hereof.

More Definitions of Custody Accounts

Custody Accounts means any Custody Securities Account and any Custody Cash Account under a Custody Agreement.
Custody Accounts means the Custody Securities Account and the Custody Cash Account.
Custody Accounts means all the securities accounts opened in the name of the Pledgor with the Custodian for and on behalf of each of its Funds as identified under Schedule A of the Pledge Agreement (including in each case any such future accounts opened in the name of the Pledgor for and on behalf of each of its Funds with the Custodian (the ‘Future Custody Accounts’).
Custody Accounts means the Securities Account (for Eligible Investments that are Securities) and the Cash Account (for Cash Investments);
Custody Accounts means the accounts of the Borrower with the Custodian over which Security has been granted pursuant to the terms of the Pledge Agreement and perfected pursuant to the terms of the Control Agreement.
Custody Accounts means the account established and maintained pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Custody Agreement.
Custody Accounts means the Principal Custody Account, the Expenses Reserve Custody Account and the Recoveries Custody Account.
