Custodial Mortgage Loan Schedule means the “Mortgage Loan Schedule” as defined in the Custodial Agreement. “Custodian” shall mean either or both of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, or U.S. Bank National Association, or, in each case, any permitted successor thereto, as specified or as the context may otherwise require.
