Custodial Fees definition

Custodial Fees means “Collateral Custody Fees” as reflected on the Trustee Fee Schedule, due and payable on each Payment Date in respect of the immediately preceding Collection Period.
Custodial Fees means, for any Accounting Period, the fees set forth in Section 7 of the Custodial Agreement.
Custodial Fees means such fees as the Custodian shall charge from time to time for access to Timeshare Loan Files, as specified in the Custodial Agreement.

More Definitions of Custodial Fees

Custodial Fees means the fees provided in the Custodial Agreement to the Custodian for its services thereunder.
Custodial Fees means, for any Collection Period, the custodial fees and expenses set forth in the Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter and the expenses for which it is entitled to receive, but has not received, reimbursement under the Custody Agreement.
