Current Violation definition

Current Violation has the meaning specified in Section 3.7 hereof.

Examples of Current Violation in a sentence

  • Such violation constitutes a Default and would, with the passage of time, constitute an Event of Default under Section 8.01(d) of the Credit Agreement (the "Current Violation").

Related to Current Violation

  • Restrictive Covenant Violation means the Participant’s breach of the Restrictive Covenants listed on Appendix A or any covenant regarding confidentiality, competitive activity, solicitation of the Company’s vendors, suppliers, customers, or employees, or any similar provision applicable to or agreed to by the Participant.

  • Environmental Violation means, with respect to the Property, any activity, occurrence or condition that violates or results in non-compliance with any Environmental Law.

  • Event of Noncompliance means any one of the following events:

  • Material Related Party Transaction means a transaction with a related party if the transaction / transactions to be entered into individually or taken together with previous transactions during a financial year, exceeds ten percent of the annual consolidated turnover of the company as per the last audited financial statements of the company.

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • Material Breach means a breach by either Party of any of its obligations under this Agreement which has or is likely to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Project and which such Party shall have failed to cure.

  • Environmental Activity means any activity, event or circumstance in respect of a Contaminant, including, without limitation, its storage, use, holding, collection, purchase, accumulation, assessment, generation, manufacture, construction, processing, treatment, stabilization, disposition, handling or transportation, or its Release, escape, leaching, dispersal or migration into the natural environment, including the movement through or in the air, soil (land surface or subsurface strata), surface water or groundwater;

  • criminal activity means any kind of criminal involvement in the commission of the following serious crimes:

  • Violation means the failure of a structure or other development to be fully compliant with the community's floodplain management regulations. A structure or other development without the elevation certificate, other certifications, or other evidence of compliance required in Articles 4 and 5 is presumed to be in violation until such time as that documentation is provided.

  • Significant Event means any Amortization Event or Event of Default.

  • Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.
