Current Reporting Quarter definition

Current Reporting Quarter means the most recent fiscal quarter for which quarterly financial statements have been delivered to the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.01.
Current Reporting Quarter means the most recent fiscal quarter for which quarterly or annual financial statements have been delivered to the holders of the Notes pursuant to Section 7.1.
Current Reporting Quarter means the most recent fiscal quarter for which quarterly financial statements have been delivered to the holders of the Notes pursuant to Section 7.1.

Related to Current Reporting Quarter

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Reporting Period With respect to each Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches as set forth in this Agreement:

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Quarterly Report means Servicer’s report to me that includes, among other information, the results of the IRG’s Compliance Reviews for the calendar quarter covered by the report, as required by Paragraph D.1 of Exhibit E;

  • Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Financial Quarter means the period commencing on the day after one Quarter Date and ending on the next Quarter Date.

  • Quarter means a calendar year quarter commencing on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October.
