Current Regulations definition

Current Regulations mean the Comprehensive Plan; the Horry County Zoning Ordinance, adopted on , as amended through the Effective Date, attached hereto as Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference; the Official Zoning Map; the Development Plan (hereinafter defined) and all other applicable County ordinances, all as amended through the Effective Date hereof.

Current Regulations means all mandatory legal dispositions as well as dispositions opted by CLIENT that CONTRACTOR is bound to observe during performance of the Work, whether referring to procedures, technical or operational issues, environmental protection, personal protection, hazardous waste handling, general or specific preventive measures to prevent pollution to human settlements near the site, including the obligation of CONTRACTOR to adjust its operations to the World Bank “Equator Principles”, once the CLIENT has included the said Principles, etcetera.

Current Regulations mean the Comprehensive Plan; the Development Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit I; the Town of Ravenel Zoning Ordinance, attached hereto as Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference; and all other applicable Town ordinances; all as amended through the Effective Date hereof.

• The Property Owner shall at its expense develop and provide roads and other related infrastructure within the Project and pursuant to and at such time required by the development plans for the Project and the Current Regulations.

• Nothing herein shall preclude Property Owner from agreeing to abide by such new Laws, regulations, or ordinances subsequently passed by the Town that it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate; and in such case the Laws, regulations, or ordinances, so agreed to by Property Owner shall become part of the Current Regulations.

• Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement or by S.C. Code Section 6-31-10, et seq., the Laws applicable to Development of the Real Property, subject to this Agreement, are those in force at the time of execution of this Agreement, defined as the Current Regulations.

Current Regulations mean the Comprehensive Plan; City of Charleston Zoning Code, Ordinance Number - , adopted , including Ordinance Number 2015- 125, adopted September 22, 2015, both of which are attached hereto as Exhibit E and incorporated by reference herein; and the Development Plan, applicable solely to the Magnolia Property, attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Current Regulations means (i) the Ponds Plantation Planned Development, as amended; (ii) the Comprehensive Plan; and (iii) the Zoning Ordinance, as amended through November 21, 2005.”

Current Regulations mean (i) the PUD development plan applicable to the Real Property, and all attachments thereto, including, but not limited to, the Conceptual Land Use Master Plan, all narratives, applications, and Building Development Standards therein (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F and incorporated herein by reference); (ii) the Comprehensive Plan; (iii) Town of Ridgeville Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance Number [ ], adopted [ ], as amended through the Effective Date hereof; the Ridgeville Land Development Regulations Ordinance as set forth in Ordinance Number [ ], adopted [ ], as amended through the Effective Date hereof.

Current Regulations mean the Town of Mount Pleasant Zoning Code, as amended through the Effective Date, attached hereto as Exhibit D, and other Land Usage Regulations in force as of the Effective Date.

Current Regulations. - shall mean relevant regulations of the Republic of Serbia applicable to any issue not regulated by the General Terms and Conditions and the Sales Contract, which govern and are related to governing of rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Contracting Parties – signers of the Sales Contract, and which include, but are not limited to, the following: International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules relating to the Arrest of Sea-Going Ships, Appendices I and II to the United Nations’ Convention on the Registration of Sea-Going and Inland Navigation Vessels, Law on Enforcement and Security, Law on Court Procedure, Law on Contracts and Torts, as well as local regulations of other countries where the Seller may require security and enforcement of a temporary measure or other rights arising out of and in connection with these General Terms and Conditions and the Sales Contract.

Current Regulations means the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations, as amended through December 4, 2018, all of which are on file in the Planning Department, except that the Guidelines shall apply through December 31, 2018, and the Amended Guidelines shall apply thereafter.
