Current Rate Year definition

Current Rate Year means the Rate Year for which the Annual Update is posted on the SPP OASIS and which Central Power has filed with the Commission (e.g., if the Annual Update is filed on July 1, 2015, the Current Rate Year is July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016).

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • LIBOR Adjustment Date With respect to any Payment Date, the second business day before the related Accrual Period begins. For this purpose, a “business day” is a day on which banks are open for dealing in foreign currency and exchange in London, New York City and Washington, D.C.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
