Current Phase definition

Current Phase has the meaning set forth in the Lease.
Current Phase means the development of the Development Area as contemplated in the Master Development Agreement;
Current Phase means the phase of funding under the Credit Facility which is applicable to this Lease. This Lease is part of the second phase. The Current Phase includes facilities located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania and Saxonburg, Pennsylvania, and any other facilities mutually designated by Landlord and Tenant to be included in the Current Phase.

Current Phase. At the end of 2005, all recommendations in the TMDL report, the Fish Management Report, Lower Colorado Spinedace Recovery Plan, and the NRCS Conservation Plans, had been implemented. The five-year time table set out in the TMDL report to implement water quality improvement practices and a 50 ton per year sediment load reduction had been met. Recommended or Implemented Plan: Overall, Xx. Xxxxxxxxxx follows a general plan on his property of restore, monitor, and preserve. There are over 17 different management plans and reports for the Ranch that cover identification of problems, restoration, monitoring, and practice management.   • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
