Current Interest Bonds definition

Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

Current Interest Bonds means Bonds, the interest on which is payable semiannually on each Bond Payment Date specified for each such Bond as designated and maturing in the years and in the amounts set forth in the Purchase Contract.

Current Interest Bonds means, collectively, the Serial Bonds and the Term Bonds, each as is designated as such in the Certificate of Award.

• The Current Interest Bonds shall bear interest from the most recent date to which interest has been paid or provided for or, if no interest has been paid or provided for, from their date.

More Definitions of Current Interest Bonds

Current Interest Bonds means the Bonds paying current interest and maturing in each of the years and in the aggregate principal amounts set forth in each Pricing Certificate.

Current Interest Bonds means all Bonds other than Capital Appreciation Bonds. Interest on Current Interest Bonds shall be payable periodically on the Interest Payment Dates provided therefor in a Supplemental Indenture.

Current Interest Bonds means, collectively, the Serial Bonds, the Sinking Fund Bonds and the Term Bonds, each as may be designated as such by the Treasurer in the Certificate of Award and being Bonds payable as to principal at maturity or pursuant to Mandatory Redemption Requirements or Mandatory Sinking Fund Requirements on the Principal Payment Dates and bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date as set forth in the Certificate of Award.

Current Interest Bonds means a Series of Bonds the interest on which is payable currently on the Interest Payment Dates provided therefor in the Related Series Supplement.

Current Interest Bonds means, collectively, the Bonds designated as Current Interest Bonds in the Pricing Certificate and with respect to which interest is payable on each Interest Payment Date.

Current Interest Bonds means those Bonds described in Section 3 hereof and as to which interest is payable on each Interest Payment Date.

Current Interest Bonds means those Bonds on which interest is paid semiannually on the Interest Payment Dates.
