Current Index Figure definition

Current Index Figure means the appropriate Final Index Figure to be applied in respect of any certificate issued or due to be issued by the Employer’s Representative pursuant to Clause 14 of the Conditions of Contract and shall be the appropriate Final Index Figure applicable to the date 30 days or, in the case of quarterly indices, the last index issued prior to the earlier of:
Current Index Figure means the appropriate Index Figure to be applied in respect of any interim or final payment certificate by the Engineer and shall be the appropriate Index Figure applicable to the date 42 days prior to:‌
Current Index Figure means the Index Figure to be applied in respect of any final payment certificate issued by the Engineer pursuant to Clause 78 which shall be the appropriate Index Figure applicable to the date 42 days prior to the date for commencement stated on the Works Order.‌

Current Index Figure means, in respect of each relevant Service Charge Year the figure given in the Index for the last month of that Service Charge Year; “Index” means the Retail Prices Index (All Items) published by the Office for National Statistics or any successor government ministry, department or agency;

  • Base Index Figure means (subject to Condition 4.3(i)) the base index figure as specified in the relevant Final Terms;

The “Component Return” of a Basket Component will be equal to: Final Component Price – Initial Component Price Initial Component Price where, • the “Initial Component Price” is the Fund Closing Price of such Basket Component on the Pricing Date; and • the “Final Component Price” will be the Fund Closing Price of such Basket Component on the Calculation Day. The Initial Component Prices of the Basket Components are as follows: SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust ($140.43); iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund ($83.30); iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund ($54.75); and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund ($42.69). The “Fund Closing Price,” with respect to a Basket Component on any Trading Day, means the product of (i) the Closing Price of one share of such Basket Component (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined) on such Trading Day and (ii) the Adjustment Factor applicable to such Basket Component on such Trading Day. The “Closing Price” with respect to a share of a Basket Component (or one unit of any other security for which a Closing Price must be determined) on any Trading Day means the price, at the scheduled weekday closing time, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside the regular trading session hours, of the share on the principal United States securities exchange registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, on which the share (or any such other security) is listed or admitted to trading. The “Adjustment Factor” means, with respect to a share of a Basket Component (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of such Basket Component. See “Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating To A Basket Component; Alternate Calculation—Anti-dilution Adjustments.” The “Capped Value” is 151% of the Face Amount of this Security. The “Threshold Price” is equal to 80% of the Starting Price. The “Participation Rate” is 150%.

  • RPIX Index shall have the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.4 of Schedule 3 (Charging Structure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Index Group means the NASDAQ Bank Index.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, the rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits as reported on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m., London time, for such day, provided, if such day is not a LIBOR Business Day, the immediately preceding LIBOR Business Day (or if not so reported, then as determined by the Swingline Lender from another recognized source or interbank quotation).

  • Index B means the index for the year prior to index A.

  • SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.
