Current Exchange Rate definition

Current Exchange Rate means the Euro to Dollar exchange rate, as quoted in the Wall Street Journal published [***].
Current Exchange Rate means the exchange rate equal to the weighted average of the USD/ILS exchange rates of all the transactions (which shall be one or more) completed by the Bank(s) through which the payment is converted to ILS on the applicable date in accordance with the Prospectus.
