Current D&O Insurance definition

Current D&O Insurance means the current directors’ and officers’ liability insurance policies maintained by the Company as of the date of this Agreement.
Current D&O Insurance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(c).
Current D&O Insurance means the current policies of the directors’ and officers’ liability insurance maintained by the Company as of the date of this Agreement.

Examples of Current D&O Insurance in a sentence

  • The D&O Runoff Insurance shall be on terms with respect to the coverage and amounts that are substantially equivalent to those of the Current D&O Insurance or, if substantially equivalent insurance is unavailable, the best available coverage.

Related to Current D&O Insurance

  • Co-insurance means the percentage of the usual, reasonable, customary, and fair market value expense that a covered person must pay.
