Current CPI means the CPI number for the quarter ending immediately before the relevant CPI Review Date.

Current CPI means the CPI number for the quarter ending immediately before 30 June in the year in which the relevant adjustment is made.

Development Contribution means the development contributions to be provided by the Developer in accordance with Schedule 4. ELNO has the same meaning as in the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (NSW).
