Current Actual Knowledge definition

Current Actual Knowledge means that no information that would give Solutions current actual knowledge of the inaccuracy of any statements has come to the attention of Solutions and/or its directors and officers; however, no special or independent investigation has been undertaken to determine the accuracy of such statements.
Current Actual Knowledge means only the actual, current, conscious (and not constructive, imputed or implied) knowledge of such designees, and current actual knowledge does not include constructive, imputed or implied knowledge of any employee, agent or other representative of the Company or the Operating Partnership other than such designees. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the persons listed on Schedule 6.2 shall have any personal liability or obligation whatsoever with respect to any of the matters set forth in this Agreement or any of the representations made by the Company or the Operating Partnership being or becoming untrue, inaccurate or incomplete in any respect.
