Currency Account definition

Currency Account means the accounts in the name of the Issuer held with the Account Bank which shall comprise separate accounts denominated in the relevant currencies of Non-Euro Obligations, into which amounts received in respect of Non-Euro Obligations shall be paid and out of which amounts payable to a Currency Hedge Counterparty pursuant to any Currency Hedge Transaction shall be paid.
Currency Account means an Account offered by us which is denominated in a currency other than sterling as further described in term 2.15.
Currency Account means any account which may be required to be opened by the Issuer with the Account Bank from time to time to enable payments received from Non-Euro Portfolio Collateral which are not denominated in Euro to be paid prior to payments being made by the Issuer to the relevant Hedge Counterparty pursuant to an Asset Swap Transaction.

Examples of Currency Account in a sentence

  • A Client’s Margin requirement for each Contract will fluctuate based on i) the price of the Underlying Contract and/or ii) foreign exchange rate changes if the Contract traded has a different Currency than the Client’s Base Currency Account.

  • Funds associated with transactions that are in a pending state will be designated accordingly and will not be included in your Currency Account balance or be available to conduct transactions.

  • Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals from your Currency Account.

  • Should you choose to convert your Digital Currency to one of the supported FIAT currencies, the conversion price less any and all associated fees will be deposited in your Currency Account and ready for withdrawal within 48 hours.

More Definitions of Currency Account

Currency Account means an Account offered by us which is denominated in a currency other than sterling, as further described in Term 2.15.
Currency Account means your account which is linked to the Card for the settlement of Card Transactions in the specified currency.
Currency Account means an Account established within the Currency Fund for the Reset Rate Notes and further described in Section 4.09 hereof, including any subaccounts created therein.
