Cure Notice definition

Cure Notice means a notice of a proposed amount to be paid on account of a Cure Claim in connection with an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease to be assumed under the Plan pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, which notice shall include: (a) procedures for objecting to proposed assumptions of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases; (b) Cure Claims to be paid in connection therewith; and (c) procedures for resolution by the Bankruptcy Court of any related disputes.
Cure Notice means the notice of proposed Cure amount provided to counterparties to assumed Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases pursuant to Article 7.2(e) of the Plan.
Cure Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.04(c)(ii).

Cure Notice means any notice that sets forth the proposed Cure Costs under any Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease at the time such contract or lease is assumed by the applicable Debtors under the Plan, which notice shall include (a) procedures for objecting to proposed assumptions or assignments of the applicable Executory Contracts and/or Unexpired Leases, (b) the Cure Costs proposed to be paid in connection therewith, and(c) procedures for resolution by the Bankruptcy Court of any related dispute.

Cure Notice means a written notice from the Required Lenders to the Borrower indicating that the Required Lenders are granting the Borrower a cure period not exceeding ninety (90) days in order to cure an occurrence that would otherwise constitute an Event of Default.
