Cure Date definition

Cure Date means the MuniPreferred Basic Maintenance Cure Date or the 1940 Act Cure Date, as the case may be.

Cure Date means the VRDP Basic Maintenance Cure Date or the Minimum VRDP Asset Coverage Cure Date, as the case may be.

Cure Date has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4(a)(ii) of these Bylaws.

Examples of Cure Date in a sentence

• Following the initial Disclosure Delay Payment for any particular Disclosure Failure, without limiting the foregoing, if a Disclosure Cure Date occurs prior to any thirty (30) day anniversary of such Disclosure Failure, then such Disclosure Delay Payment (prorated for such partial month) shall be made on the second (2nd) Business Day after such Disclosure Cure Date.

• Upon any failure to maintain the required Discounted Value, the Trust will use its best efforts to alter the composition of its portfolio to retain a Discounted Value at least equal to the APS Basic Maintenance Amount on or prior to the APS Basic Maintenance Cure Date.
