Curated Data definition

Curated Data means the dataset hosted by ISARIC/IDDO following completion of Curation;
Curated Data means the dataset hosted by IDDO following completion of Curation and logically or technically separated from the Raw Data;
Curated Data means the dataset created by IDDO following completion of Curation;

Examples of Curated Data in a sentence

  • To the extent that any IPRs in the Curated Data do not vest automatically in Contributor, ISARIC hereby assigns (by way of present and future assignment) with full title guarantee all IPRs in the Curated Data to Data Contributor and shall procure that each employee waives such rights (including moral rights) as are not capable of being assigned.

  • Sharing of the Curated Data will be under the terms of a separate data transfer agreement between ISARIC and the third party.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, ISARIC/IDDO shall be entitled to share the Curated Data with the third party for the Proposed Research even if the Data Contributor declines to participate in the Proposed Research.

  • Following approval for the sharing of Curated Data for the Proposed Research by the Data Access Committee, but prior to any such sharing, ISARIC/IDDO will invite the Data Contributor to participate with the Proposed Research in collaboration with the third party.

  • If approved by the Data Contributor as indicated in the signature section below and subject to clauses 4.2.10, 5.4 and 5.5 ISARIC/IDDO may make a description of the volumes and types of data (called metadata) publicly available, and share the Curated Data with third parties for research purposes (“Proposed Research”) following written approval from the Data Access Committee.

  • Data Contributor hereby grants ISARIC/IDDO a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Data for the purposes of (i) Curating and storing the Raw Data, OR (ii) Curating and storing the Raw Data and, sharing the Curated Data with third parties in accordance with clause 5.3. For the avoidance of doubt, approval of either option is recorded by the Data Contributor in the signature section below.

  • ISARIC may share the Curated Data with third parties for research purposes only with the written permission of the Data Contributor and under the terms of a separate data transfer agreement between ISARIC and the third party.

More Definitions of Curated Data

Curated Data means Data that passed standard quality control (“QC”) and that have been verified by the HTAN-DCC as not containing PHI. Data means De-identified raw or processed datasets, metadata, clinical data, analysis and visualization tools, experimental methods and protocols, computational methods, models and code, and completed atlases related to the HTAN provided or received hereunder. Data Subject means a person who is the subject of the Data and Material provided or received. Dataset means a collection of related sets of information that is composed of separate Data elements that will be analyzed as a unit. General Research Use means use of the Data for general research purposes, including population origins or ancestry. Health/Medical/Biomedical Research Use means use of the Data and/or Material(s) is limited to health/medical/biomedical research purposes, including methods development research (e.g., development of software or algorithms) and does not include the study of population origins or ancestry. HTAN-DCC Portal means an ecosystem made up of several repositories managed by the HTAN-DCC. HTAN Authorized Individuals are persons from each HTAN Member designated by an HTAN principal investigator as authorized to contribute and receive Data, Materials and Confidential Information related to the HTAN. HTAN Members are research groups from HTAN-participating institutions who contribute to HTAN under the supervision of a responsible HTAN principal investigator. Identifiable Information as defined at 45 CFR 46.102(f) means information or Materials about an individual that are gathered or used during the course of research and through which an individual can be readily ascertained either directly or indirectly through coding systems.

Curated Data means the dataset hosted by MRCG AT LSHTM following completion of Curation;

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Limited Data Set shall have the same meaning as the term “limited data set” as set forth in as defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.514(e)(2).

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
