Cumulative Effect. , in relation to an activity, means the effect of an activity that in itself may not be significant but may become significant when added to the existing and potential effects eventuating from similar or diverse activities or undertakings in the area.,
Cumulative Effect or “Cumulative Impact” means the incremental environmental impact or effect of the proposed action, together with impacts of past, present, and reasonably foreseeable future actions, regardless of what person or agency (Federal or non-Federal) undertakes such other actions.
