Cultivation License definition

Cultivation License means a license issued to the Company (i) pursuant to paragraph 35 of the ACMPR, as such paragraph may be revised or modified from time to time, and (ii) pursuant to any Applicable Laws granting the Company the authority to produce, possess and destroy Cannabis at the Property for medical uses and if permitted under Applicable Laws, non-medical uses;
