CSC Business definition

CSC Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement.
CSC Business means (i) the businesses of the CSC Operating Group, other than the Computer Sciences GS Business, whether conducted prior to, at or after the Effective Time and (ii) any and all businesses of the CSC Group after the Effective Time (including any businesses acquired or established by or for CSC or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time).
CSC Business means the business conducted by the CSC Group as of the date hereof, including the development of the DC/TC Oncology Product.
