Cryptocurrency Transaction definition

Cryptocurrency Transaction means a pre-petition transaction involving any transfer by any Entity of Cryptocurrency to the Debtors, whether directly or indirectly.
Cryptocurrency Transaction means a transaction, which has been facilitated by the use of the Services and which follows the submission of an Order made between Plutus Users, under which Cryptocurrency is traded in exchange for Funds and/or a Cryptocurrency;
Cryptocurrency Transaction means a transaction in which an individual acquires Cryptocurrency by using his or her consumer credit card.

  • You understand that we are not liable for price fluctuations in any cryptocurrency listed or Cryptocurrency Transaction executed on the Platform.

  • Confirmations contain the following information: (i) Cryptocurrency Transaction date; (ii) Order type; (iii) trading pair; (iv) amount and U.S. dollar value of cryptocurrency purchased or sold; (v) price information; (vi) fees; (vii) a unique Order identification number; and (viii) any other information we may elect to include at our sole discretion or as required by law.

Cryptocurrency Transaction means a purchase or sale of an interest in Cryptocurrency by us on your behalf including a Crypto to Crypto Transaction. “Crypto to Crypto Transaction” is a Cryptocurrency Transaction where the Buy Price is payable in a Supported Cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency Transaction shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.6.
Cryptocurrency Transaction means a potential future transaction between the Company and one or more lenders pursuant to which the Company will be borrowing approximately $5,000,000 of cryptocurrency evidenced by an original issue discount senior secured promissory note in the approximate amount of $5,500,000.
Cryptocurrency Transaction means any transaction you perform which involves a Supported Cryptocurrency.
