Crude Pipelines definition

Crude Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • During each Contract Quarter during the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company agrees that commencing on the Commencement Date, the Company will ship on (i) the Lion Crude Pipelines, the Lion Crude Minimum Throughput Commitment, (ii) the Gathering System, the Gathering System Minimum Throughput Commitment and (iii) the Products Pipelines, the Product Minimum Throughput Commitment.

  • TLO will agree to operate and maintain the Short Haul Pipelines in good working order and ship crude petroleum on the Crude Pipelines and refined petroleum products for TRMC on the Products Pipelines that collectively comprise the Short Haul Pipelines, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If, during any Month, actual shipments by TRMC on the Crude Pipelines are less than the Crude MTC, then TRMC shall pay a shortfall payment to TSPC based on the Transportation Fees and Excess Throughput Fees for such Month, as set forth and calculated in the Pipeline Service Order applicable to throughput of Crude Oil (the “Crude Shortfall Payment”).

  • Each Month during the Term, TRMC shall ship the Crude MTC on the Crude Pipelines, or, in the event it fails to do so, shall remit to TLO the Crude Shortfall Payment pursuant to Section 5(d)(i) below.

  • TSPC and TRMC shall enter into one or more pipeline service orders for the Crude Pipelines, the Refined Product Pipelines and the Other Commodities Pipelines substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1-A, Exhibit 1-B and Exhibit 1-C respectively (each, a “Pipeline Service Order”).

  • Citi shall at all times maintain shipper status on each of the Included Crude Pipelines, Included Product Pipelines and other Included Locations on which Crude Oil or Products, as applicable, may be shipped during the Term of the Agreement.

Related to Crude Pipelines

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Asphalt means a dark brown to black cement-like material (solid, semisolid, or liquid in consistency) in which the predominating constituents are bitumens which occur in nature as such or which are obtained as residue in refining petroleum.

  • Air Transportation Business means the carriage by aircraft of persons or property as a common carrier for compensation or hire, or carriage of cargo or mail by aircraft, in air commerce, as defined in 49 U.S.C. § 40102, as amended.

  • LNG means liquefied natural gas.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.
