CRR Delegated Regulation definition

CRR Delegated Regulation means Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 625/2014, as in effect as of the date hereof.
CRR Delegated Regulation means Chapters I, II and III and Article 22 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No.625/2014, as applicable on the date hereof pursuant to Article 43(7) of the EU Securitization Regulation.
CRR Delegated Regulation means Chapters I, II and III and Article 22 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 625/2014, as applicable on the date hereof pursuant to Article 43(7) of each of the EU Securitization Regulation and the UK Securitization regulation.
