Crown Body means any department, office or executive agency of the Crown;

CUSTOMER Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the CUSTOMER or any Crown Body which are made available for use by the CONTRACTOR or its Sub-Contractors for provision of Ordered IT Products (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence.
