Crowdfunding campaign means the practice of raising funds to meet an advertised goal or need by soliciting funds from a large number of people, typically via the Internet.

In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any Person and for any period, Capital Expenditures made by such Person during such period and not financed from any Net Cash Proceeds or Revolving Loans.

  • Closing Date Working Capital has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(b).
