CRO shall pay Trial-related expenses not set forth in the attached budget if pre- approved by Gilead in writing, in which case no amendment shall be required.

More Definitions of CRO

CRO means the Chief Risk Officer of the Company (or the equivalent successor position), as elected or appointed by the Board of Directors.
