Critical Services definition

Critical Services means the telephony infrastructure to receive and make calls and internet capability to ensure access to the CHS;

Critical Services means the services listed as critical services in Annexure A;

Critical Services means operational and business services whose defect or default in their performance would materially impair the continuing compliance of a crowdfunding service provider with the conditions and obligations of its authorisation or its other obligations under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, or its financial performance, or the soundness or the continuity of its crowdfunding services and activities, notably vis-à-vis its clients.

Examples of Critical Services in a sentence

• Customer may purchase such Business Critical Services, which are provided and performed pursuant to Attachment 3.

• Access the Service Operations Console dashboard from the Welcome page (Homes > Welcome > View Your Enterprise Health >View the Health of Critical Services).

• The total incident Outage time for all Priority 1 incidents experienced by the Business Critical Services described above is used to calculate the availability of a Business Critical Service for the month.

• Veritas may assign the Service(s) (Maintenance/Support, Business Critical Services or Managed Security Services) or any part thereof, and may additionally subcontract the Agreement and / or Service(s), provided that it remains responsible for any subcontractors performing on its behalf.

Critical Services has the meaning given this term in Schedule 7.8.

Critical Services means services that (i) require a third party to access, store, transmit or process Cardholder Data in connection with the Program, (ii) involve significant bank functions or other activities that could cause Xxxxxx Bank to face significant risk if the third party fails to meet expectations, (iii) could have significant customer impacts, or (iv) could have a major impact on Xxxxxx Bank operations if Xxxxxx Bank has to find an alternate third party or if the outsourced activity has to be brought in-house. Critical Services shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit 5.

Critical Services means the Services for which a Service Level Credit may be payable by IBM to EMW in accordance with this Exhibit. Critical Services are identified on ATTACHMENT SLA-1. Each Critical Service has an Expected Service Level and a Minimum Service Level associated with it unless otherwise specified in this Exhibit.
