Critical Milestones definition

Critical Milestones shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof.

Critical Milestones means the Milestones designated as “Critical Milestones” on Exhibit P.

• Delivery of the initial draft and the updated draft of the Standards and Procedures Manual as provided herein shall constitute Critical Milestones.

• Following the Effective Date, the Parties may designate additional milestones, activities, actions and/or projects under this Agreement as Critical Milestones (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld by either Party), and promptly following such designation, the Parties shall work together cooperatively and in good faith to agree upon appropriate dates for ACS to achieve such Critical Milestones.

• As of the Effective Date, the Parties have designated certain milestones, activities, actions and/or projects under this Agreement as Critical Milestones, and have identified (in the Transition Plan or elsewhere in this Agreement) dates for ACS to achieve such Critical Milestones.

• UM shall give written notice of its decision to terminate this Agreement specifying a failure of the Development Plan Critical Milestones.

• Contractor shall not, without the prior written consent of Company’s Representative, make any alteration to the Critical Milestones set forth in the Project Schedule.

More Definitions of Critical Milestones

Critical Milestones means those milestones specified in the Project Schedule as Critical Milestones after which liquidated damages apply for failure to complete performance in accordance with this Agreement.

Critical Milestones means certain Milestones designated in the Project Schedule as milestones that are critical to the ability of the Facility to achieve the Substantial Completion Date by the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date. The Critical Milestones are set forth in Appendix M.

Critical Milestones has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(b).

Critical Milestones. The events and activities listed as “Critical Milestones” in Exhibit A and marked in the table in Section 2.1 in Exhibit F with a “Y”.
