Critical Dates definition

Critical Dates means the First Tentative Closing Date, the Second Tentative Closing Date, the Firm Closing Date, the Delayed Closing Date, the Outside Closing Date and the last day of the Purchaser’s Termination Period. “Delayed Closing Date” means the date, set in accordance with section 3, on which the Vendor agrees to Close, in the event the Vendor cannot Close on the Firm Closing Date.
Critical Dates means the First Tentative Occupancy Date, any subsequent Tentative Occupancy Date, the Final Tentative Occupancy Date, the Firm Occupancy Date, the Delayed Occupancy Date, the Outside Occupancy Date and the last day of the Purchaser’s Termination Period.

  • The Vendor shall identify the First Tentative Closing Date in the Statement of Critical Dates attached to the Addendum at the time the Purchase Agreement is signed.
