Critical Date definition

Critical Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Addendum.
Critical Date means, in relation to a person who is operating as a debt collector, the date on which the person is required by this Act
Critical Date means the date twenty-two (22) weeks from and including the Unconditional Date;

Critical Date means in respect of various categories of Works the later of (a) the relevant date identified in the Schedule of Critical Dates at ANNEXURE 11 and (b) five (5) Working Days after the date when Full Details in respect of the relevant category of Works have first been provided to the Tenant in accordance with Clause 4.1.2

  • Critical group means the group of individuals reasonably expected to receive the greatest exposure to residual radioactivity for any applicable set of circumstances.

  • disclosure date means either of the following:

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.

  • Critical professional work means a cornerstone or fundamental decision, requiring the exercise of sound professional judgement of the effects of a decision within a particular professional field.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.
