CRISP Services definition

CRISP Services means all services provided by CRISP for access to and maintenance of Data, including, but not limited to, the availability of the HIE for Permitted Purposes, value-added services (such as care alerts, summaries of care, and status alerts), External HIE services, and Licensed Services.

  • Each party will, at all times, fully comply with all Applicable Laws relating to the Agreement, the HIE and CRISP Services, the exchange of Data for Permitted Purposes and the use and disclosure of Data, including, without limitation, the requirements described in Section 135.02 as to Subcontractors.

  • In addition, Participant will cooperate with CRISP and other Participants as to CRISP Services.

  • CRISP will charge Participant fees for the use of the HIE in accordance with a Use Caseand CRISP Services, as set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Participant and Participant Users shall be solely responsible for their use of CRISP Services and Data sent or received via CRISP Services and maintaining patient medical records, as applicable, in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • At the time of transmission, to the best of the knowledge of CRISP, the Data that is providedthat is transmitted through CRISP Services pursuant to a Use Case is an accurate representation of all Data contained in, or available through, the HIE which is available from the Edge Device of other responding Participants, subject to the provisions of Section 13.02 relating to data subject to special restrictions is an accurate representation of the Data provided by the sending Participants.

  • A termination of an individual Use Case or of an individual Payer or Program will not terminate the Participation Agreement or any other Use Case.19.03remove Participant from the Participant Index, Provider Directory, and the Physician Address Book and terminate Participant’s and Participant’s Participant Users ability to access and use the HIE or the CRISP Services (except a right to access and use the HEI and/or CRISP Services through a different Participant, if any).

  • The provisions of this Section 5.04 shall also apply, to the extent appropriate, to Data transmitted using CRISP Services.

  • CRISP may, in consultation with the Advisory Board, amend any provision ofthe Policies and Procedures relating to the HIE or relating to CRISP Services, including repealing or replacing any provision, as specified in Sections 110.014 through 101.05.

  • Participant will use the Data received from the HIE, External HIE, or CRISP Services only for a Permitted Purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, provided that after Data is initially received byParticipant through the HIE, External HIE, or CRISP Services and it becomes part of the Participant’s records, other data or databases, such Data shall no longer be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be considered to be Participant’s Data for all purposes.

  • CRISP represents and warrants to Participant that CRISP has the full power and authority to license or sublicense all Common HIE Resources and associated Documentation licensed to Participant hereunder and to provide CRISP Services, including any Licensed Services, without violating any rights of a third party.

Related to CRISP Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;
